User Guide

Your accountant will need to see all your income and business expenses in one easy to read spreadsheet.

By clicking on 'Reports' and 'Spreadsheet' in the main menu you will arrive at a page showing two options:

  • Download to your computer
  • Submit details via email

At the top of this area you will see the current financial year displayed. You can choose a different financial year by clicking on the drop down box:

The spreadsheet is compatible with Microsoft Excel or Google Docs Sheets and is editable. If you download the sheet to your computer you can forward to your accountant with your own email software.

Or you can choose to send to your accountant.

Upon clicking this button you will see a pre-drafted email (editable) that will be sent to your accountant. You can specify your accountant's email address in the settings area or leave it to the default preferred partner accountant. They will be in touch with you regarding their fees once they receive your email.

A spreadsheet of your accounts is also attached to this email and sent to your accountant.
